Returns and Refunds

Please ensure that you choose your item(s) carefully when purchasing. If you need any further advice, contact us and we’ll be happy to help.

Warehouse Absolute only sells to purchasers who intend to use the item(s) for the duration of its economic life. Orders purchased for the specific purpose of a "one time use or temporary use" are not eligible for return under any circumstances.

Returns

You may initiate a return within 14 days of receiving the order. The item must be in its original packaging, unused, and undamaged.

To begin the return process, contact us via email within the 14 days. We will be in touch to provide you further instructions.

If the return is accepted, you will be refunded excluding any shipping charges. You will generally need to pay yourself to ship the items back to our warehouse.

After 14 days has passed, we will generally not accept return of the item.

Faulty item, or you were sent the incorrect item.

Inspect the items on arrival to ensure they are undamaged, working properly, and the correct items you ordered.

You are required to immediately take photos or videos using your smart phone or camera of the damaged packaging or products. When you contact us, we will ask you to send these photos/videos to us.

If you have been sent a faulty item or the wrong item, you must initiate the return immediately. Contact us and we will assist you in providing a suitable solution.

Cancellations

If you would like to cancel an order, please email or call our customer service team immediately to avoid return shipping fees. Cancellations processed before shipment will receive a full refund.

If the order has already been shipped, it will follow our returns policy instead.
